The hotel location is super convenient to the tram, a huge plus! i found many cool food places right nearby. but what really blew me away? the staff! they greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. the breakfast buffet had a huge variety.

the air conditioning was quite weak. it didn't get cold enough in the room, which gave me a bad night's sleep! the window did not open, so i had no fresh air.

The room itself was okay, but the non-opening window created a stuffy atmosphere. I found it pretty annoying (it felt a bit claustrophobic). The air conditioning was either too strong or too weak. I couldn't control it well. Parking was expensive too. They did not explain the options for street parking.

the welcome was really warm and check in flowed easily the staff were very friendly and helpful. our standard king room was spacious and comfortable it also had a fridge and a safe. the bathroom had a walk in shower and towels of good size and quality were provided. there were lots of plugs and charging sockets in our bedroom which was super convenient.

breakfast was quite busy so getting a table was a bit of a challenge.
